Kağıthane’s Social Media Star Falls from Window, Fights for Life in ICU
Social media phenomenon Sara Mohseni, an Iranian living in Istanbul, is currently fighting for her life in intensive care after a tragic incident in Kağıthane. The young woman fell from the window of her house, sustaining serious injuries. Fortunately, her 2-year-old daughter, who was also at home at the time, was rescued by firefighters.
The incident occurred around 01:00 on Friday, December 6, in the Çeliktepe District of Kağıthane. Mohseni had reportedly returned home by taxi that night and fell from the 4th-floor window a few hours later for reasons currently unknown.
Citizens who heard the commotion quickly alerted authorities, leading to the prompt arrival of health, fire brigade, and police teams at the scene. Medical personnel provided Mohseni with first aid before transporting her to the hospital by ambulance.
In the midst of the chaos, it was discovered that Mohseni’s daughter was trapped inside the house. Firefighters sprang into action, rescuing the little girl and ensuring her safety.
As of now, Mohseni’s condition remains grave as she continues to receive treatment in the hospital. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the tragic fall.
