“Kantara Winter Camp Concludes” – BRTK
The Kantara Winter Camp organized by the Youth Office has come to an end, as reported by the department. The camp, which was organized by the Youth Department Directorate of the Deputy Prime Ministry, Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment, included various fun activities and “If I am the Future, I am Hope” seminars. Additionally, participants also took part in planting saplings in the burned areas in Kantara.
Hakan Özsaygın, the Youth Department Director, expressed his gratitude towards the leaders, training chiefs, camp employees, and department staff for their efforts in making the camp a success. He also highlighted that the young participants were able to make new friendships and found motivation during the camp.
The camp not only provided an opportunity for youth to engage in recreational activities but also allowed them to contribute positively to the environment by planting saplings in the fire-affected areas. The combination of fun activities, motivational seminars, and environmental initiatives made the Kantara Winter Camp a fulfilling experience for all the participants.
