Kazakh Trio Wraps Up Europe Tour in Honor of 10th Anniversary
The Kazakh musical ensemble FORTE TRIO recently concluded their Europe Tour with a series of captivating performances across prestigious European stages from May 13-26, as reported by Qazaq Concert’s press service.
FORTE TRIO, led by pianist and professor Timur Urmancheev, brings together a unique blend of violin, cello, and piano. The ensemble, consisting of Maksat Dzhusupov on violin, Murat Narbekov on cello, and maestro Urmancheev on piano, stands as the first and only musical group in Kazakhstan with such instrumental composition.
Their repertoire covers a wide range of genres, from Baroque music and jazz to classical and contemporary compositions, introducing audiences to the masterpieces of world musical culture.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary, FORTE TRIO embarked on a tour filled with vibrant events, projects, and festivals on some of the most prestigious stages worldwide, including cities across Europe.
The tour kicked off in the French city of Hirson, where the trio was invited to perform at the prestigious international festival organized by the MONDIAL GUITARE Association. The event marked the first time the band was not only invited to perform but also honored for their role in bridging countries and musical genres. A highlight of the performance was the trio’s collaboration with fellow guitarists, providing a unique experience for the audience.
Continuing their journey, FORTE TRIO graced the Apennine Peninsula with their performances in historical venues in southern Italy and at the renowned Petrucelli Theater in Puglia, as part of the XXI Alba Music Festival in northern Italy.
The tour culminated with a captivating performance at the XXVI International Festival “Echo 2024. Cities and Music” in Alessandria, Piedmont, at the invitation of the Ondasonora Music Association. Festival organizers praised the ensemble for their global performances and congratulated them on their 10th anniversary, recognizing their significant contribution to the music scene.
The Europe Tour was a remarkable success for FORTE TRIO, offering both the musicians and their audiences an unforgettable and enriching musical experience.
