Kazatomprom’s Educational Grants Program Supports Youth

Kazatomprom National Atomic Company has launched a social program called Murager, offering educational grants to support school, college and university students. The program aims to contribute to the development of regions and promote technical majors. The Kazakh firm encourages school leavers and first to third-year students to participate in the competitive selection for the educational grants. This year, 50 grants will be allocated for one-year study costs at technical universities and colleges in Kazakhstan, covering programs including uranium production and mining, geological exploration, nuclear fuel cycle, science activity, energy, ecology, health, safety and environmental protection. Kazatomprom will extend the grant for a second year if participants succeed in their studies. Applications are accepted until August 11, and details of participation are available on the website.
