It has been announced that all primary and secondary schools, as well as students attending special education and rehabilitation centers in these districts, will be closed on Thursday, February 13. Additionally, personnel working in public institutions and organizations within the districts who are pregnant, disabled, or have chronic illnesses have been granted administrative leave for the day.
