Famous singer Ferman Toprak accused of beating workers at his luxury villa
Ferman Toprak, a well-known singer, has recently been accused of assaulting workers at his 5-storey luxury villa in Beykoz while they were renovating the property. According to reports from Show TV Main News, Toprak had initially agreed to pay the workers 1.5 million TL for the renovation work.
However, it is alleged that Toprak later deemed the amount to be excessive and confronted the workers, stating that he would only pay them 800 thousand liras. Following the dispute, it is claimed that Toprak and his associates attacked the workers using sticks and fists.
One of the workers who was allegedly attacked recounted the frightening ordeal, stating, “The people next to him got out of the car and pulled out a gun. Toprak hit him with the butt of the gun.” Another worker added, “If you have drawn your gun, then shoot me. He hit me with the butt of the gun. We barely escaped with our lives. He also beat my friend.”
The workers promptly reported the incident to the police and filed a complaint. Subsequently, the workers were taken to the hospital for examination, and Ferman Toprak was detained by the police at the scene.
The situation has sparked widespread concern, and the singer now faces legal ramifications for the alleged assault. The workers involved are seeking justice and hoping for a swift resolution to this distressing incident.
