Man Rescues Ex-Husband Who Stabbed Him in Kocaeli
A violent incident occurred in the Sirinköy neighborhood on Halide Edip Adıvar Street, leaving a woman seriously injured. According to reports, Tuğba H. was stabbed in multiple parts of the street by her ex-husband, Tuncay A. (37), who had recently divorced her. The suspect attempted to flee the scene but was detained by police after a crowd tried to lynch him with sticks.
Medical teams quickly arrived and transported the injured woman to the hospital, where she was taken to the intensive care unit due to the seriousness of her condition. Shocking images captured by a bystander show the brutal attack, with the suspect being confronted by angry citizens wielding sticks. In the images, the woman can be seen trying to defend herself and pleading with the crowd not to harm her ex-husband, saying “he is the father of my children”.
