Man Seized on Bus in Ağrı with 6 Baby Ostriches Found in Boxes
The Ağrı Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams made a surprising discovery during a road control exercise in Taşlıçay district. A passenger bus that raised suspicions was stopped by the Environment, Nature, and Animal Protection Team. Upon searching the trunk of the bus, the authorities found 6 baby ostriches hidden inside.
In a statement released by the Ağrı Provincial Gendarmerie Command, it was revealed that the baby ostriches were seized and taken under protection. They were later handed over to the Taşlıçay District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry teams.
