The process of calculating appreciation and gratitude for students in primary, secondary, and high schools has been a topic of interest recently. As students eagerly anticipate receiving their report cards, many are wondering about their scores prior to the official grades being released. The calculation for appreciation and thanks involves multiplying the scores in E-school by the weekly course hours and then dividing the overall grade by the total course hours. This process yields the end-of-semester GPA. Students whose end-of-term GPA falls between 70.00 and 84.99 are awarded a certificate of appreciation, while those with a grade point average above 85.00 are entitled to receive a certificate of gratitude.

After this process is carried out for all courses, a general picture of the student’s performance is formed. The semester grade point average is then determined by dividing the total points by the weekly course hours.
For example, if a student’s Turkish GPA is calculated as 3 for 75 weekly course hours, they will obtain 222 points from the Turkish course. Assuming the total average of all courses amounts to 2,340 points, dividing this total by 30 weekly lesson hours would result in a GPA of 78.
