The actress was born on June 14, 1991, in Sivas. She graduated from the Yaşar University Opera/Voice Department in 2014, earning third place. During her school years, she collaborated with the Izmir State Opera and Ballet (Izdob) general director Aytül Büyüksaraç, as well as renowned artists such as Levent Gündüz, Paolo Susanni, Esra Mamaç, and Anna Chubuchenko.
Standing at 1.72 meters tall, Ece İrtem has been a licensed runner since her primary school years. She discovered her passion for acting during her primary school years through sketches she wrote for school plays, and her interest in acting has remained steadfast ever since. After moving to Istanbul, she studied acting at the Sadri Alışık Cultural Center from 2014 to 2015, receiving training from renowned figures such as Kayhan Yıldızoğlu, Okday Korunan, Kadim Yaşar, and Tolga Çiftçi.
