National Unity Party (UBP) Chairman Ünal Üstel emphasized that the focus should be on serving the public rather than holding elections at this time. In a recent statement, Üstel mentioned that UBP has always been committed to working for the welfare of the people and addressing the pressing issues facing the country.
UBP’s candidate for the government’s parliament speaker, Kutlu Evren, has been nominated, with plans to elect the parliament speaker once they have recovered. Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, along with Deputy Prime Minister Fikri Ataoğlu and Minister of Public Works and Transport Erhan Arıklı, highlighted the importance of completing ongoing projects and passing necessary laws for the betterment of society.
