
Millennium Challenge Account Internship Announcement

MCA-Mongolia is currently looking for a non-paid intern for the Finance Unit. The deadline for applications is 17.00 ULAT on September 03, 2024.
MCA-Mongolia, established by Government Resolution No 297 in October 2018, is tasked with implementing the Mongolia Water Compact signed with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a U.S. government foreign aid agency.
The Intern will work under the Director of Finance, providing support to the Finance team for a three-month term. The working hours will be 20 hours per week, with a daily allowance of MNT 50,000 for meals and transportation.
Responsibilities of the Intern include preparing and coordinating official meeting briefing packages, organizing documents, supporting custom’s tariff and tax exemption requests, data entry, writing memos, assisting with fixed asset counting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidates are third or final year students in Economics, Finance, International Trade, Accounting, or Business, who are bilingual, have a strong academic record, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. They must also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, be dynamic, and have the availability to work 20 hours per week.
