Minister Bak Gives Bicycle, TRT Spor Digital Reports
The 4th stage of the 58th Presidential Turkey Cycling Tour took place in Muğla, with the participation of nearly 170 athletes from 36 countries. One particular spectator caught the attention of Minister of Youth and Sports, Osman Aşkın Bak. Feriştah Noyan, who was seen praying and applauding during the Marmaris-Bodrum stage, was mentioned by Bak in an interview. As a result, a bicycle, prepared with the contributions of the Deputy President of the Turkish Cycling Federation, Fikret Hayali, was brought to Muğla.
The bicycle was sent as a gift to Noyan, and it was delivered by Ula District Governor Rıdvan Doğan, Youth and Sports Director Kazım Açıkbaş, Ula District Manager Yağmur Küçük, and Bicycle Provincial Representative İlker Cömert. Noyan expressed his happiness with the gift and thanked Minister Aşkın Bak. He said, “May God always give such happiness and blessings to our country. I watched all the cyclists, they were lined up like a rope, they were going, I applauded them all and then I watched it on television. I gave the bicycle as a gift to my grandson.” Noyan also expressed gratitude to those who contributed to the organization and mentioned that he would always pray.
