Minister Fidan Holds Meeting with KRG President Barzani

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG).

During the meeting, which took place on February 16, 2025, in Erbil, the two leaders discussed bilateral relations and cooperation between Turkey and the KRG. They also exchanged views on regional security and stability.
