Minister Göktaş Visits Soldiers and Ukrainian Children
Minister Göktaş recently paid a visit to the soldiers receiving treatment at Ankara Gülhane Training and Research Hospital. During the visit, he met with soldiers who had been injured in anti-terrorism operations and received updates on their health conditions from the doctors.
In a statement to journalists after the visit, Minister Göktaş expressed his wishes for mercy to the martyrs and recovery to the veterans. He emphasized that the injured soldiers were in good physical and psychological health and their morale was high. Göktaş also reassured that the Ministry is always with Turkish soldiers and will continue to stand against terrorism and threats to the unity and solidarity of the country.
Additionally, Minister Göktaş visited war-victim Ukrainian children hosted at Eryaman Children’s Homes Site. He shared his commitment to meeting their care and protection needs, including psychosocial support, health, and education, under the coordination of the Ministry.
Göktaş also used his social media account to share his sentiments, stating that they will continue to extend a hand of friendship to all innocent and victimized communities in need of help.
The visit to the injured soldiers and the Ukrainian children highlights the Ministry’s dedication to supporting and standing with those in need, both domestically and internationally.
