Minister Işıkhan’s Statement on Holiday Bonus for Retirees
Labor and Social Security Minister Vedat Işıkhan has announced that retirees will receive a bonus of 4 thousand pounds for the feast as soon as it is passed by Parliament. This bonus will provide much-needed financial assistance to retirees during the holiday season.
In other news, the Ministry of Transport has introduced a special family year discount for city bus tickets. Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu explained that this discount will be applicable on intercity bus journeys for families. The new regulation will come into effect starting on March 17th, Monday. This discount will help families save money on transportation costs and encourage more people to use public transportation.
