Minister Memişoğlu Takes Urgent Action on Fire in Macedonia
Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu has taken swift action in response to a tragic fire in Koçana, Northern Macedonia, which left 3 people seriously injured. The Minister announced that the injured individuals have been transferred to Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital by ambulance plane for treatment.
In a statement, Minister Memişoğlu expressed deep sorrow for the lives lost and those injured in the fire. He emphasized the importance of providing immediate medical attention to those in need and assured that the patients will receive treatment at the largest Burn Center in Europe, located within the city hospital.
The Ministry of Health is committed to continuing the transportation of any new patients requiring medical treatment. Minister Memişoğlu also extended his condolences to the people of Northern Macedonia and reaffirmed the principle of prioritizing humanity above all else.
