Minister Soylu pledges to make Turkey a global powerhouse
Turkish Interior Minister, Süleyman Soylu, has pledged to make Turkey the most powerful country in the region and the world after the next election. Speaking at the Neighborhood Meeting program in Esenler Fatih Mahallesi Akasya Street hosted by Esenler Municipality, Minister Soylu said that Turkey had suffered the most from coalitions and that it required heart, love of the nation, patriotism, and standing upright to achieve greatness. The Minister also praised President Erdogan for bringing security and political stability to the country, and warned against destabilizing forces. He accused the HDP of wanting to end the Republic and declare autonomy, which would lead to the establishment of a terrorist state in the region. He also criticized Kemal Kilicdaroglu’s silence on the matter and questioned what the HDP had been given in return. Minister Soylu emphasized that the East and Southeast had already suffered a lot and that it was important for everyone to work together to ensure the region’s continued stability.
