A frightening incident occurred on İmam Hatip Street in Akdeniz Neighborhood of the Mersin district in Turkey. Mustafa Köken, who had gone to visit a relative, parked his son’s light commercial vehicle on the side of the street. Approximately 1.5 minutes after Köken left the vehicle, the balcony concrete on the roof of a 2-storey building collapsed, crashing down onto the vehicle.
Luckily, Mustafa Köken was not in the vehicle at that time, which prevented a potential disaster. However, the collapse caused serious damage to the vehicle, as shown in the photos.
