National wrestlers win three bronze medals
Turkish Wrestlers Claim Medals at International Competition in Bishkek
The Turkish Wrestling Federation recently announced that national wrestlers have secured medals on the first day of an international competition held in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan. Ali Cengiz won the bronze medal in the Greco-Roman style 87 kilos category, defeating Kazakh Azamat Kustubayev. Osman Yildirim also secured the bronze medal in the Greco-Roman style 130 kg category because his Romanian opponent, Alin Alexuc Ciurariu, did not compete. Another national athlete, Fatih Bozkurt, defeated his Georgian rival Sulkhan Buidze 9-0 in the same category to reach the bronze medal.
The competition will conclude on Sunday, June 4th. The Turkish wrestlers’ success in the international arena is a significant achievement that reflects their hard work, skill, and determination to represent their country.
