Netanyahu Opposes Ceasefire Agreement

Hamas Condemns Israel’s Actions in Gaza Strip
Hamas Political Bureau Member Izzet Er-Rishk has strongly condemned Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s actions in the Gaza Strip, accusing him of trying to impose a roadmap that only serves his personal interests.
In a written statement, Rishk stated that Netanyahu is playing with the lives of Israeli prisoners by ignoring their demands and trying to impose a new road map for negotiations. He emphasized that there is no alternative to fulfilling the agreement’s articles and starting negotiations with the second stage.
Rishk also criticized Israel’s decision to cut off the Gaza Strip’s electricity supply, calling it a cheap and unacceptable attempt to pressure the Palestinian people and the resistance. He described the move as a collective punishment and a complete war crime.
Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen recently announced the immediate decision to cut off electricity to the Gaza Strip, following the end of the first stage of a ceasefire agreement. Netanyahu has threatened further action against Hamas if they do not comply with his demands regarding the prisoners.
Hamas remains firm in its stance against Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip, and continues to advocate for the rights and well-being of the Palestinian people.
