New Administrative Courts Established in Burdur and Karabük, Minister Tunç Announces
The Ministry of Justice has recently made a significant decision to establish administrative courts in the provinces of Burdur and Karabük in Turkey. The official announcement regarding this decision was published in today’s Official Gazette.
In accordance with the Law No. 2576 on the Establishment and Duties of Regional Administrative Courts, Administrative Courts, and Tax Courts, the Ministry of Justice decided to establish the Burdur Administrative Court and designate its jurisdiction as Burdur. Similarly, the Ministry decided to establish the Karabük Administrative Court and designate its jurisdiction as Karabük. This decision was made after receiving positive opinions from the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Treasury and Finance, and Trade.
