Official Gazette announces “Incentive Bonus” for Municipal Artists
The President has made a significant decision regarding the principles of contracted employment for state artists and musicians, which has been officially announced in the Official Gazette.
According to the new guidelines, contracted municipal artists who have been recognized for their outstanding performance may now qualify for a fee incentive bonus of up to two months, as determined by the mayor. This bonus is a result of their hard work and dedication to their craft.
The principles outlined in the amendment apply to various state ensembles and artists, including the State Classical Turkish Music Choir, State Turkish Folk Music Choir, State Turkish Folk Music Orchestra, Turkish Sufi Music Society, and other artists and craftsmen involved in state art organizations. These guidelines do not replace the technical structure or regulations set forth in the Civil Servants Law.
