Opportunity for Experts: Fulbright Specialist Program at U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan
The U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan is currently accepting applications from eligible Tajik institutions to host a U.S. Fulbright Specialist. The deadline for applications is September 13, 2024.
The Fulbright Specialist Program gives host institutions the opportunity to invite a specialist to assist in implementing projects with an education or training focus. The program length can range from 14 to 42 days, including weekends, holidays, and travel days. Projects should have clear objectives that can be achieved during the specialist’s visit, which must take place between April and September 2025.
Host institutions eligible for this opportunity include universities, government bodies, cultural heritage institutions, non-governmental organizations, and medical institutes.
Potential projects for Fulbright Specialists include delivering seminars or workshops, consulting on faculty or workforce development, developing academic or training curricula, lecturing at the graduate or undergraduate level, and conducting needs assessments or evaluations for a program or institution.
