Turkmenistan Prepares 2,062 Combine Harvesters for Upcoming Wheat Harvest
Turkmenistan is getting ready for the wheat harvest season. More than 2,000 combine harvesters have been brought to the line of readiness with a team of 417 repair and adjustment teams with mobile workshops. They have all the necessary tools and vehicles to service the campaign.
The harvest season will start with 152 grain reception points already prepared. Additionally, more than 10,310 trucks are set for the round-the-clock delivery of the harvest to reception points, elevators, and storage facilities.
In conjunction with the preparation, a State commission has been established in Turkmenistan to organize the grain harvest in 2023.
In this way, Turkmenistan is continuing its focus on the agricultural sector, prioritizing the harvest and delivery of crops. The country has been investing in significant agricultural production growth in recent years.
As the campaign approaches, the country’s authorities are further bolstering their infrastructure and capacities to ensure that the harvest season is successful and bountiful.
