Over 4 Kilos of Drugs Seized at Kapıkule Border
Customs Protection Smuggling and Intelligence Directorate teams have successfully intercepted a smuggling attempt at the border crossing. Following their suspicion and risk analysis, a car was selected for an X-ray scan, which revealed hidden contraband.
With the assistance of a detection dog, authorities discovered 4 kilograms and 318 grams of drugs concealed in a suitcase within the car. As a result, 4 suspects were immediately detained in connection with the operation.
