Turkmenistan’s Ambassador Discusses Educational Cooperation with Pakistan’s National University
Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Atajan Movlamov, recently met with the Rector of the Pakistan National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Muhammad Jafar. During their meeting, the two discussed opportunities for Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation in the educational sphere.
The establishment of partnerships between higher education institutions in both countries was a key topic of discussion, with the possibility of hosting joint events and projects mentioned. Ambassador Movlamov highlighted how such measures could help unlock the full potential of bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
The conversation also involved a presentation of the new city of Arkadag, which impressed the head of the Pakistani university. Additionally, NUML’s Rector acknowledged the important role that TAPI and TAP projects could play in the growth of Turkmen-Pakistani relations.
Both parties stressed the mutual interest that exists in building up contacts in the field of science and education. The meeting marks an important step forward in strengthening the educational ties between Pakistan and Turkmenistan, paving the way for new opportunities for collaboration and cooperation in the future.
