Paraglider Rescued After Falling from 20 Meters in Sivas
Üner, a thrill-seeker who decided to go paragliding with his friends near Çakırlı village in the district, experienced a terrifying accident during his adventure. After preparing his parachute, Üner took off, soaring through the sky with excitement. However, his joy quickly turned to fear as he was unexpectedly caught in opposite winds, causing him to plummet from a height of approximately 20 meters with his parachute.
The fall resulted in Üner sustaining injuries, and he was promptly attended to by medical professionals. An ambulance helicopter was dispatched to the scene and transported Üner to Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine Research and Application Hospital for treatment. It was later determined that Üner had suffered fractures in his body as a result of the accident.
