“Parliament speaker Şentop’s inaugural message via game”
Mustafa Şentop, the President of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) has cast his vote in the General Elections for the President and the 28th Term Member of Parliament. Şentop alongside his wife Sabriye Şentop and daughters Saliha Gülru Şentop and Seniha Begüm Şentop, arrived at Şadıman-Polat Çebi Primary School in Üsküdar Küçük Çamlıca Neighborhood at 11:30 where he voted at the same school as President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
After voting at ballot box number 3295, Şentop wished good luck to all voters and citizens, saying “Elections are made in a calm manner, in accordance with the rules. Turkey has made close to 110 elections, it has been going through great maturity since 1950. May it be good for our country and our nation. Hopefully, we will follow the results in the evening, we will wait”.
It is expected that the election results will be announced this evening.
