Parliament Speaker Töre Meets with Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin at his Office
Republican Assembly Speaker Zorlu Töre Visits Antalya Governor
Republican Assembly Speaker Zorlu Töre recently visited Antalya to participate in various programs and make official visits. During his time in the city, he paid a visit to Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin in his office.
Upon his arrival, Mayor Töre was warmly welcomed by Governor Şahin at the entrance of the Governorship. Mayor Töre then proceeded to sign the Governorship Book of Honor during his visit.
During their meeting, Mayor Töre emphasized the importance of Antalya, stating that the city holds many similarities with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in terms of culture, tourism, and nature.
Governor Şahin expressed his satisfaction with Mayor Töre’s visit to Antalya and presented him with a plaque featuring images of the Clock Tower, Üçkapılar, and Yivli Minaret, which are symbolic landmarks of Antalya, as a token of remembrance of his visit.
In return, Mayor Töre presented Governor Şahin with a Parliament commemorative plate, further strengthening the ties between the two regions.
The visit symbolized the strong bond between Antalya and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, highlighting the shared values and cultural heritage between the two regions.
