Parliament’s General Assembly to Convene Tomorrow – BRTK
The General Assembly of the Republic Assembly is set to convene tomorrow, under the chairmanship of Parliament Speaker Zorlu Töre. The agenda for the meeting includes the discussion of important legislative matters such as the “Implementation Protocol (Approval) Draft Law for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Project between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus” and the “Memorandum of Understanding (Approval) Draft Law between the Governments of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkey in the Field of Construction Works”.
Additionally, various drafts and proposals from committees will be brought up for discussion in the General Assembly. These include the “Cyprus Turkish Realtors Association Bill Proposal”, “Housing Acquisition (Amendment) Bill”, “Medals and Decorations (Amendment) Bill”, “Chemicals Bill”, “Certification Officers Draft Law”, “Free Port and Region (Amendment) Draft Law”, “Public Administration and Human Resources Presidency (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) Draft Law”, “Central Bank of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Organization (Amendment) Draft Law”, “Supreme Administrative Court Authority (Amendment) Law Proposal”, “Courts (Amendment) Law Proposal” and the “Report of the Court of Accounts Committee on the Court of Accounts Audit Report on the 2021 Fiscal Year Budget Implementation Results of the Atatürk Teacher Academy”.
