Passenger Bus Rolls Into Stockade in Mersin, Resulting in Multiple Injuries
A passenger bus belonging to Kamil Koç company with 16 ASR 690 plate was involved in an accident in Mersin. The incident occurred in the morning hours at the Anamur-Gazipaşa highway, at Uçarı-Kaledran location. Due to precipitation and fog, the bus went out of control, hit the mountain slope, and then rolled into a stockade.
Responders from the health, gendarmerie, and fire departments were dispatched to the scene immediately after the accident. Many injuries were reported, and the injured were rescued from the vehicle and transported to hospitals.
