Turkmenistan State Commodity Exchange Sells Petrochemical Products and Carpets
The State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan saw a successful day of trading on Monday, January 29. A variety of products including petrochemicals, light industry goods, and handmade Turkmen carpets were sold to both domestic and foreign markets.
In the foreign market, entrepreneurs from Turkey and the United Arab Emirates made deals with the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan to purchase harsh cotton yarn. Meanwhile, in the domestic market, Turkmen businessmen reached agreements with the State Concern Turkmennebit to purchase polypropylene of the TPP D 30 S brand, as well as handmade Turkmen carpets.
A total of 4 deals were concluded during the auction, amounting to a total of 1,733,533.59 manats and $973,120.
