PM Orbán’s Determination to Form Bloc in European Parliament

In a recent statement, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán expressed his concerns about the current state of affairs in Europe, particularly highlighting the decline of Christian civilization and the weakening of the European Union. According to Orbán, the Brussels elite has betrayed the will of the people, leading to a crisis in the EU.
Orbán pointed out that the European order is vanishing, with growing threats of terrorism and deteriorating public safety. He criticized the Brussels bureaucracy for making poor decisions that have negatively impacted the continent, such as sending taxpayers’ money to Ukraine and imposing sanctions that harm European companies. The prime minister also highlighted the mismanagement of the green transition and the influx of inferior-quality Ukrainian farm produce into the market.
Furthermore, Orbán criticized the EU’s migration policy, stating that illegal migrants continue to flood the Schengen area while countries like Hungary face penalties for trying to stop them. He emphasized that the interests of ordinary people are being disregarded in favor of “poisonous” green policies and multiculturalism enforced by the Brussels bureaucrats.
Orbán also addressed the recent European parliamentary elections, noting that pro-peace parties had emerged victorious in many member states. He accused the socialists, liberals, and the European People’s Party of forming a “shameful pact” to maintain the status quo and keep the elite in power. Despite this, Orbán pledged to continue building cooperation between European right-wing parties in order to enforce the will of the European voters.
In line with his commitment to strengthen relations with right-wing parties, Orbán is set to meet leaders of European right-wing parties in Vienna on Sunday. The meeting will focus on deepening cooperation between these parties to bring about change in Europe.
Overall, Orbán’s remarks shed light on the challenges facing Europe and the importance of addressing them through unity and cooperation among right-wing parties. As the continent grapples with various crises, the need for decisive action and strong leadership becomes increasingly imperative.
