Police Chiefs in Four Provinces Replaced
The latest changes in provincial police chief positions and appointments have been made in Turkey, with Mersin Provincial Police Chief Mehmet Aslan being dismissed from his position. Aslan has been replaced by Kamil Karabörk, who previously served as the Kayseri Provincial Police Chief.
In addition, Van Provincial Police Chief Atanur Aydın has been appointed as the new Kayseri Provincial Police Department Chief. Murat Mutlu has been appointed to the Van Provincial Police Department, while İbrahim Kaba has been appointed to the Batman Provincial Police Department.
Furthermore, provincial directors in Antalya, Bursa, Izmir, and Kayseri who were affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services have been dismissed, with new names being appointed to a total of 29 provincial directorates.
