
Police investigating Laçin’s cause of death with blood and tissue samples

Several arrests have been made in Kyrenia, according to recent police reports. In some of these cases, individuals were arrested for various offenses including stealing money, illegal residency, intentional damage, and drunk driving.
Firstly, the autopsy of 46-year-old Burak Laçin, who was found dead in a vehicle in a forest area in Alevkayası, is underway. Blood and tissue samples were taken to establish the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing in this case.
In another incident, a man named AB was arrested for selling ear numbers of slaughtered cattle to other animals, resulting in a fraudulent transaction of 475 thousand TL through fake documents.
Furthermore, F.Ö. was apprehended for stealing 1510 euros from a house where he was a guest. The police were informed and an investigation is ongoing.
A man identified as Ö.S. was arrested for causing intentional damage to a study center in Kyrenia, including failure to pay electricity bills, resulting in a disruption of services. The investigation is ongoing in this case as well.
Additionally, 5 individuals were arrested for residing in TRNC without permission, and legal action has been initiated against them.
Lastly, a drunk driver named Ayşen Kamburoğlu was arrested after causing a traffic accident in Kyrenia while under the influence. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident, but the investigation into the incident continues.
