Postponed Water Cuts in 3 Istanbul Districts; New Date Announced by İSKİ

The Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ) has announced that the water outage planned for a construction site in the Mithatpaşa Street parking lot has been postponed. The transmission line at the site, built by Ümraniye Municipality, will be connected to a displaced line instead.

Originally scheduled for 19 hours starting from 14:00 tomorrow until 09:00 on Saturday, September 21, the water outage will now take place between 10:00 on Monday, September 23 and 04:00 on Tuesday, September 24.

The affected neighborhoods include Mehmet Akif Ersoy, Kuleli, Yavuztürk, Bahçelievler, Güzeltepe, Kandilli, Küçüksu, Çengelköy, and Kirazlıtepe in Üsküdar. In Ümraniye, Atatürk, Tantavi, İstiklal, Atakent, Armağanevler, Site, Saray, Namık Kemal, Esenevler, Finanskent, Kazım Karabekir, Dumlupınar, Elmalıkent, Topağacı, İnkılap, and Hekimbası neighborhoods will be affected. Additionally, the upper elevations of Yeni Mahalle in Beykoz will also experience water outage during this time.
