Pre-Introductory Event Held for Film ‘Ayşe Went on Vacation’ at BRTK

The Navy Media’s first film plateau in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus kicked off with a pre-introductory event for the film “Ayşe went on vacation.” The event took place in Cengizköy and was attended by notable figures such as President Ersin Tatar, Turkish Ambassador to Nicosia Ali Murat Başçeri, Public Works and Transportation Minister Erhan Arıklı, Azerbaijan Cyprus Friendship Society President Orhan Hasanoğlu, and Navy Blue Media partners.

President Ersin Tatar highlighted the important role of the film in depicting the struggles of the Turkish Cypriot people to the younger generation and the world. He also praised the development of Turkish cinema and series on an international level in recent years.

Nadir Gür, one of the Navy Blue Media partners, described the upcoming film as a portrayal of the Turkish Cypriot people’s fight for freedom and independence, emphasizing its significance in preserving history and passing on the legacy of heroism to future generations.
