President Erdoğan Announces Year of the Family Initiatives: Interest-Free Loans and Aid in All 81 Provinces
The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, recently announced details of the interest-free loan project that will be rolled out in all 81 provinces of the country. This initiative is part of the “Year of the Family” program declared for the year 2025, aimed at supporting families and youth.
During a speech at the Family Year Promotion Program held at the Beştepe National Congress and Culture Center in the Presidential Complex, President Erdoğan highlighted the importance of the project. He mentioned the establishment of the “Family and Youth Fund”, a promise made to the nation during the May 14-28 election process. The fund, launched in the earthquake region last year, offers interest-free loan support of up to 150 thousand liras for young couples starting their journey into marriage. The loan has a maturity of 48 months and a grace period of 2 years.
This initiative is just one of many new projects that have been implemented as part of the Year of the Family program. President Erdoğan emphasized the government’s commitment to supporting families and youth, ensuring their financial stability and well-being. With the interest-free loan project set to benefit families across all 81 provinces, it is expected to make a significant impact on the lives of young couples and bolster the country’s economy.
