
President Erdogan Calls for a Big Hug at Beştepe Ceremony

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s inauguration ceremony at Beştepe was graced by 21 heads of state and 13 prime ministers, as well as representatives from international organizations including NATO, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Organization of Turkish States, among others. During the ceremony, President Erdoğan expressed his gratitude to the citizens of Turkey who supported him and to all those who attended the event. He also acknowledged and thanked those who prayed for Turkey’s success from all over the world. The President emphasized that he would serve all 85 million people of Turkey, regardless of political views or beliefs.
President Erdoğan urged the citizens of Turkey to come together in unity and love, putting aside the resentments and anger that prevailed during the election period. He announced that the first cabinet meeting would take place on Tuesday, and that they would continue to work on a civil constitution to strengthen democracy in Turkey.
The ceremony was attended by heads of state from countries such as Venezuela, South Africa, Rwanda, and Bangladesh, among many others. Their support and attendance were greatly appreciated by President Erdoğan, who emphasized that their presence was a sign of solidarity with Turkey.
