President Erdogan Gives Speech on Participation, Terrorism, and National Alliance Promises
President Erdogan recently gave a speech where he touched on several topics including participation, terrorism, economic promises, TCG Anadolu, and production vs. talk. He started by acknowledging the amazing participation in recent events, stating that it was increasing as more and more information came in.
He then moved on to address the issue of terrorism and the case of Selo, the individual responsible for killing 51 Kurdish citizens in Diyarbakir. Erdogan emphasized that this was not just an opinion crime and questioned why someone who had caused so much harm should be allowed to walk free. He also criticized the opposition parties and their promises, labeling them as lies and stating that they lacked convincing promises.
Erdogan further highlighted the country’s economic progress and the government’s commitment to relying on its own resources. They recently discovered natural gas and oil reserves, making Turkey stronger and more self-sufficient. Erdogan also criticized the National Alliance for meeting with the IMF and stated that they would never borrow money from them.
Lastly, he emphasized the importance of action rather than just talk, citing several examples of successful government projects that improved infrastructure and reduced travel time between cities. He contrasted this with the opposition’s lack of action and criticized them for exploiting the public. He also talked about TCG Anadolu and the upcoming election, stating that they would make the Barbaros Hayreddins even stronger after its completion.
