
President Erdogan: Terrorist slogans shouted in front of the courthouse

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the AK Party Manisa 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress held at the Muradiye Sports Hall. Erdoğan, who prayed to Allah for the congress to bring goodness to the country, nation, and democracy, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the AK Party’s Manisa organization.
Erdoğan stated that during the AK Party’s congress process that started on October 12th, the 78th provincial congress with Manisa was held. “Next Friday, we have our Istanbul, Artvin, and Yalova provincial congresses. In between, on February 5th, we will meet with our sisters from all over the country at the 7th Ordinary Congress of our Women’s Branches in Ankara. If God permits, we will hold our grand congress on February 23rd, thus completing our congress marathon with honor. We have successfully completed our provincial and district congresses with a festive atmosphere, in a spirit of brotherhood, and with a very large participation. Today, the excitement and enthusiasm you see in this hall, we saw all over our country. Through our congresses, we embraced our people, renewed our brotherhood, strengthened our friendships, and renewed our bond. We have strengthened our road and mission comradeship by blending the experiences of our veterans with the dynamism of our youth.”
Erdoğan also emphasized that they have a comprehensive structure as the AK Party and the People’s Alliance, encompassing all 85 million people representing every individual and color. He stated, “We will continue to strengthen this quality. We will not be destructive and exclusionary, we will continue to be constructive just as we have been so far. We will build bridges of hearts among all 85 million with a politics of brotherhood.
Referring to recent developments in the region and around Turkey, Erdoğan emphasized the importance of focusing on important matters concerning the country and its future. He stated, “While there is so much tension, conflict, and war in our region, while our geography is pregnant with new crises and instabilities, while the system established after World War II is reshaping itself, our country is directly affected by critical developments that shape our future. We cannot occupy ourselves with empty matters and agendas.”
Erdoğan underscored the importance of upholding democracy and the rule of law in the face of opposition to their government. He also highlighted the need to work harder to build a prosperous, strong, and honorable country for future generations. Erdoğan also touched upon the lack of constructive alternatives from the opposition and their focus on personal interests rather than serving the people.
In his speech, Erdoğan also addressed the challenges they faced over the past 22 years and the significant investments they made in Manisa, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and transportation. He also announced plans for introducing high-speed trains to Manisa and further enhancing the region’s development.
