President Erdoğan Visits Akdeniz University
President Erdogan and a delegation including Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz, Health Minister Kemal Memişoglu, Higher Education Council President Erol Ozvar, and AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala visited Antalya Airport for the opening ceremony of the additional building. During the visit, Rector of Akdeniz University Dr. Özkan Özkan was also present.
President Erdogan emphasized that not a single penny came out of the state’s coffer during the construction of the new terminal building at Antalya Airport. He praised the project and the efforts put into it.
In another event, Emine Erdogan, the wife of President Erdogan, highlighted the rich cultural heritage of Anatolia by showcasing traditional products from the region to the wives of foreign leaders and government officials attending the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
Both events underscore the importance of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Turkey, showcasing the country’s rich history and traditions to a global audience.
