President Erdogan’s Last-Minute Statement on Minimum Wage and Inflation.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke at a rally in Giresun, where he stated his love for the city and for Turkey. He also said that with the help of Allah, they will overcome any obstacle as long as Giresun is with them. Erdogan also mentioned that Giresun had previously defeated the Pontus gangs and will now defeat the Kandil supplicants. He criticized those who sacrificed their leaders for onions or potatoes, saying that the relics of their heroes will be protected.
Ahead of the upcoming elections on May 14, Erdogan urged people to vote for their party and to bring their family and friends along to do the same. He warned that if they do not vote, terrorists will come back to haunt the country, FETO traitors will take their children, and imperialists will make them dependent once again. Erdogan also talked about innovation and development, pointing out that Turkey’s useful products in the defense industry were almost confiscated, and the future of Teknofest was uncertain.
Finally, Erdogan spoke about his government’s efforts to increase the standards of living, meet demands for rights and freedoms, and decrease inflation, which has been steadily decreasing every month. In July, he said they will further relieve their employees and retirees with new increases that take into account both the inflation gap and the welfare share. The Turkish President ended his speech by emphasizing the need to work together to ensure a bright future for Turkey.
