
President Tatar and First Lady Sibel Tatar Host Reception for Peace and Freedom Day

President Ersin Tatar and his wife Sibel Tatar recently hosted a reception in honor of the 20 July Peace and Freedom Day. The event took place at the Nicosia Concorde Tower and was open to the public.
During the reception, President Tatar and his wife warmly greeted the guests as they arrived. Among the attendees were notable figures such as President of the Assembly of the Republic Zorlu Töre, Prime Minister Ünal Üstün, President of the Supreme Court Narin Ferdi Şefik, and former presidents Mehmet Ali Talat and Derviş Eroğlu. Turkish Ambassador to Nicosia Metin Feyzioğlu, Security Forces Commander Major General Zorlu Topaloğlu, ministers, deputies, military officials, representatives of various institutions and organizations, and members of the public were also present.
The celebration of the 20 July Peace and Freedom Day also featured the participation of the Solotürk team and the Naval Academy delegation on the island.
As a highlight of the event, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra performed a captivating concert for the attendees. Additionally, various treats and refreshments were provided to enhance the festive atmosphere.
The reception served as a significant commemoration of the 20 July Peace and Freedom Day, bringing together prominent individuals from various sectors to honor and celebrate this important day in Cyprus.
