Presidential Appointments Published in Official Gazette
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has signed the Constitutional Court Membership Selection Decision, which was recently published in the Official Gazette. The decision appoints former Presidential Administrative Affairs Director Metin Kıratlı as a member of the Constitutional Court, replacing Muhammed Emin Kuz whose term expired on May 12.
In addition to Kıratlı’s appointment, other key decisions were also published in the Official Gazette. Hakkı Susmaz was appointed as the Presidency of Administrative Affairs Directorate, while Bekir Keleş was appointed as the Presidency of Administrative Affairs Directorate General of Law and Legislation. Ahmet Bensiz, Deputy Director General of Legal Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, was appointed as the Vice President at the Forensic Medicine Institute.
Furthermore, Mustafa Levent Sungur was appointed as the President of TOKİ, and Hakan Gedikli was appointed as the General Director of Land Registry and Cadastre. Esra Tuba Aydemir, Ferit Ezeroğlu, Fevzi Ünver, Aynur Genç, Mehmet Karahan, and Ufuk Yılmaz were appointed to vacant Chief Inspector positions in the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
