
Publication of Appointment and Dismissal Decisions in Official Gazette

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security, along with the Social Security Institution (SSI) and the Forensic Medicine Institute, have recently made significant appointment and dismissal decisions as announced in the Official Gazette.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed off on these decisions, which included the dismissal of key figures such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Foreign Relations and European Union General Manager Oğuz Tuncay, Deputy General Manager of Labor İbrahim Akın, and Occupational Health and Safety Deputy General Manager Muhammet Kamil Işık.
In their place, new appointments were made, with Ali Aybey taking over the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and the European Union, İbrahim Esenkar leading the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety, Yunus Öz heading the General Directorate of Labor, Ayfer Özdemir Tefon becoming the Deputy General Manager of Labor, Ziya Kürşat Babayiğit appointed as the Foreign Relations and Deputy General Manager of the European Union, and Ersoy Günay taking on the role of Deputy General Manager.
At the Social Security Institution, Bülent Uğur Ecevit was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Pension Services, Ömer Küçükevcilioğlu as the Deputy General Manager of General Health Insurance, Engin Akyol and Yakup Koç as Deputy General Managers, and Savaş Alıç was dismissed from his position as General Manager of Insurance Premiums.
The Forensic Medicine Institute also saw changes, with appointments of new board members including experts in Internal Medicine, Brain and Nervous Surgery, and Ophthalmology.
These recent developments mark a significant restructuring within these institutions, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their respective fields.
