ARUCAD Renews Cooperation Protocol with SOS Children’s Village Association

The ongoing cooperation protocol between Arkın University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) and SOS Children’s Village Association has been renewed, aiming to expand the framework of their long-term partnership.

The protocol was signed by ARUCAD Rector Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi, SOS Children’s Village Association Chairman of the Board of Directors, Lawyer Buğra Akter, National Manager Ahmet Akarsu, Fund Development and Public Relations Manager Cemil Hafız, ARUCAD Vice Rector Asst. Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Dalkılıç, and Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Communication, Assoc. Dr. Nuran Öze.

According to ARUCAD, the renewed protocol aims to establish a structured and sustainable cooperation between the two institutions to promote the development of children and young people, raise awareness of social responsibility, and increase impactful projects within the community. This includes providing internship opportunities for students, engaging in community service practices, and supporting projects that integrate children into society.

ARUCAD Rector Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi emphasized the importance of projects that benefit society and expressed his desire for this collaboration to set an example for society as a whole. Lawyer Buğra Akter, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOS Children’s Village Association, praised the creativity of the ARUCAD students and highlighted the success of projects such as animated videos and social media visuals developed in partnership with the Faculty of Communication.
