Retiree Salary Increases Uploaded to e-Government System

Important Raises Announced for Retirees by Social Security Institution
The Social Security Institution (SGK) and the government have recently announced new raise rates that will have significant implications for retirees under SSK, Bağ-Kur, and civil service categories. The changes apply to both the 4A-4B and 4C groups, with adjustments to total salary amounts and additional payments to basic salaries.
For SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees, a raise of 15.75 percent has been implemented. This increase will directly impact the root salaries of retirees, with additional payment amounts and revolving support payments also being factored in. Meanwhile, retired civil servants will see their salaries increase by 11.54 percent. The raise will be added to their salaries, and new salary calculations will be made. Unlike SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees, civil servant retirees can access up-to-date salary information through the e-Government system, including additional payment amounts.
The minimum pension for 2025 has been set at 14,469 lira. Retirees receiving less than this amount will receive support payments to make up the difference, ensuring that all retirees receive at least 14,469 TL. Additionally, widows and orphans receiving pensions will benefit from the new regulations, with survivor’s pensions under SSK and Bağ-Kur increasing by 15.75 percent. A base salary regulation will also be applied based on the salary rates of widows and orphans.
Citizens can access the details of these increased pensions through the e-Government system. Overall, these raise rates and adjustments aim to provide financial support and stability for retirees across various sectors.
