Retiree Ramadan Feast bonuses for 2024 to be paid before the holiday
Minister Işıkhan recently announced that retirement holiday bonuses will be paid before the Eid al-Fitr holiday in 2024. The bonuses will be increased to 3 thousand liras, as stated by President Erdogan. This adjustment is aimed at providing relief to retirees during the holiday season.
The Eid al-Fitr holiday is set to take place on April 10-11-12 in 2024. As is the tradition, retirement holiday bonuses are deposited into accounts before the holiday, so retirees can expect to receive their bonuses in the last week of March or the first week of April.
Minister Işıkhan reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring that retirees receive their bonuses before the holiday. He emphasized that efforts are underway to finalize the payment schedule and ensure that the 3 thousand lira bonus is transferred to retirees’ accounts in a timely manner.
